OhioLaw.org prioritizes established legal-aid organizations, Ohio courts, statutes, court rules, public agencies, and other authoritative sources. The site’s first job is to help users reach qualified assistance, not keep them on the website.

Direct answers without pretending every case is the same

Pages answer common questions clearly, then explain qualifications, exceptions, and where to verify current requirements. This supports accessibility and answer-engine optimization without oversimplifying individual legal problems.

Legal information is not legal representation

Questions requiring application of law to a person’s specific facts, legal strategy, drafting on another person’s behalf, negotiation, or representation should be directed to appropriately licensed counsel or a qualified legal-aid organization.
